Answer: Yes.

Soul Taker

This model can gain soul tokens from living models that are not soulless. If multiple models are eligible to claim a soul token as a result of the destruction of a model, the nearest eligible model claims the token. If this model reaches its limit on how many soul tokens it may collect, then it is not considered eligible for claiming that token.

This model cannot gain soul tokens from friendly models destroyed by friendly attacks, such as from trample power attacks, or spray attacks that hit friendly models.


Soul Ripper - When a living enemy model is destroyed within 2 inches of this model, this model gains the destroyed model's soul token. After this model replenishes its essence during your next Control Phase, replace each soul token with 1 essence point.

Omodamos immediately casts Locked Horns without spending essence. Additionally, Omodamos and friendly Faction models activating in his control range gain +2 SPD and Ghostly. Shadows of Anniliation lasts for one turn.

This model can advance through terrain and obstacles without penalty and can advance through obstructions and models if it has enough movement to move completely past them.

Question: Does ghost walk prevent the model from suffering the -2" when crossing the barrier?

Lore

All infernal masters are adept at battle, but more than any other, Omodamos embraces combat as the essence of his being. This master is a juggernaut of destruction, a force of unnature, and a being whose arrival presages slaughter and endings. He is called the Black Gate, for he eschews negotiations and contracts, preferring to tear souls directly from the slain and send them howling into the Outer Abyss. His arrival on Caen affords ample opportunities to inflict chain reactions of destruction and suffering, a pleasure denied him in the outer realms. Where Omodamos strides, reality weakens and buckles, flinching back as if afraid.
