On a direct hit against an enemy model, center a cloud effect template on the model hit. The template is a hazard that remains in play for one round. Enemy living and undead models in the template when it is placed suffer Blind for one round. Enemy living or undead models entering or ending their activations in the template suffer 1 point of magical damage.
A model suffering Blind:
- cannot make ranged or arcane attacks
- suffers -4 MAT and DEF
- cannot run, charge, or make slam or trample power attacks
- must forfeit either its Normal Movement or Combat Action during its next activation.
Blind can be shaken.
