Theme - Dark Legacy
This mk3 Theme Force has no equivalent in mk4. Nearly the entire Infernals range was put into their Legacy Prime Army, instead, which is both better and worse in some regards. |
As an ancient pact reaches its moment of reckoning, horrifying forces from beyond comprehension descend upon the world to collect. With traitorous mortals as their momentary tools, Infernal Masters bring their nightmares to battle for every soul they believe is their due. Though few would have suspected the terrible legacy that would follow that pact, many will pay for it as the Infernals move among them.

Thoughts on Dark Legacy
Dark Legacy in a Nutshell
The Dark Legacy theme represents a "pure" Infernal force, whereas the Hearts of Darkness theme is more of a "corrupted humans + Infernal support" force.
Hearts aside, this theme basically is the Infernal Faction. Dark Legacy allows all the models in the Faction (so there is no point going out-of-theme), and Infernal Masters have no other theme they can go in.
As a result, there is nothing to say about this theme that isn't already covered on the main Infernals page and/or one of the Master's pages (as of 2020.06).
Bye!

Trivia
- Released with the Faction launch (2019.06)
- This theme is named after a volunteer from PP's "Questions about how the Rules work" forum (a group which has long been called "the Infernals"). He has also organised a bunch of large conventions, is the admin of the Facebook Infernal group ... in all respects, he is super excited about this Faction.
