Release Trivia

• Released in Pirates of the Broken Coast (2007).
• On his official artowork he has a pretty pronounced underbite and a white cap, which, together with his pipe, make it pretty obvious he's based on E. C. Segar's Popeye the Sailorman.

Lore

The bosun of the Talion is a veteran sea-salt named Grogspar. Grogspar enforces discipline with the simple expedient of hurling worthless lubbers over the rail with his hook and is a crack shot with a harpoon launcher as well. Against the rare eventuality of a harpooned foe who lingers, Grogspar makes sure to attach a lit stick of explosives to every shot.

• The harpoon gun is an AOE and carries Critical Devastation because Boson Grogspar ties sticks of dynamite to the end of the harpoons, just behind the tip.
